For TOEFL iBT tests taken on the 0-6 scale, the minimum required overall score is 5, with a minimum of 5 for each subscore. IELTS Academic: The minimum required overall IELTS score is 7.0, with a minimum score of 6.5 for each individual component. Cambridge English Language Assessment: A minimum grade C1 Advanced with a minimum score of 190.
