English requirement

TOEFL iBT with an overall band score of 5 and a minimum score of 4.5 for each section (for test reports obtained from January 21, 2026); TOEFL iBT with an overall band score of at least 100 and a minimum score of 22 for each section (for test reports obtained before January 21, 2026); IELTS (academic version) with an overall Band score of at least 7.0 and a minimum of 6.5 for each section; Cambridge Assessment English C1 Advanced with an overall score of 185 or C2 Proficiency with an overall score of 185. Exempt if national citizen of Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, or U.S.A., or obtained bachelor's degree in one of these countries.

Prior degree required

A bachelor's degree with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 75% of the scale maximum. The degree must be comparable in level to a bachelor's degree from a research university in the Netherlands and closely related to your MSc programme of choice.
