MSc Strategy & Consulting — programmes in Europe
The pre-consulting master's tradition in Europe — with tuition, rankings, and admission facts on the same page.
About MSc Strategy
European Master's in Strategy and Consulting are a small but concentrated family — designed as an on-ramp into strategy consulting, corporate strategy or business development. The best-known are at HEC (Master in Strategic Management), ESSEC, ESCP, Bocconi, Esade and Rotterdam School of Management. Typical length is one year, taught in English, with heavy case-method content and structured recruiter pipelines into MBB, Big Four Strategy and boutique consultancies. Tuition sits in the €20k–€40k range at the top programmes. Admissions are competitive and typically require a strong bachelor's, GMAT or GRE, and demonstrated analytical fluency. The FT Masters in Management ranking and QS Business Master's rankings are the useful references.
